Description

The LB-CMC-5.5/8 L Bracket is built using high quality aluminum alloy, is black powder coated and includes stainless steel hardware and installation instructions. It is designed to fit CMC PowerLift jack plates.

CMC jack plates are ridged or flat and have large bolt heads protruding out from the jack plate surface. Depending on the jack plate height position, the ratchet bolt might hang below the bottom of the jack plate If this applies to your jack plate, it may be necessary to lower the transducer to avoid side signal interference. To do this, simply add an Extension between the L Bracket and Transducer Shield®.

Please remember that a transducer cannot be attached to an L Bracket without a Transducer Shield®.

On Skeeter ZX boat models the turning chines and/or sponsons may interfere with the side viewing signal. For this reason it is necessary to attach an 1.5″ extension between the L Bracket and Transducer Shield®.

Please note that when the transducer is attached to a set back, hole shot plate or the side of a jackplate, it will not track the bottom when up on plane because the transducer is out of the water. For bottom reading on plane, a transducer inside the hull will be required.
