Shield for Re-designed Humminbird Down Imaging Transducers

$154.99 CAD

Description

The TM-DI-2 is built with high quality aluminum alloy and is black powder coated to withstand harsh environment. The sleek hydrodynamic design reduces collection of debris, keeps the transducer positioned correctly and will not interfere with the transducer signal. It is designed to fit the Humminbird® redesigned down imaging transducer XNT 9 DI T (RD). the Onix down imaging transducer XNT 14 DI T (RD) and the MEGA down imaging transducers XM 9 MDI T and XNT 9 HW MDI 75 T. The transducer number can be found on the transducer cable closest to the plug. It is very important that you know your transducer number because Humminbird® did not change the transducer number on their website after the redesign.

For trolling motor installation, two straps are required which are not included – please consider purchasing our heavy duty stainless steel black powder coated strap item HDTS-B.

With additional accessories this Transducer Shield can easily be installed on a jackplate, hole shot plate, set back or transom.

Please note that when the transducer is attached to a set back, hole shot plate or the side of a jackplate, it will not track the bottom when up on plane because the transducer is out of the water. For bottom reading on plane, a transducer inside the hull will be required.
