Gimbal Mount 90 Degree

Traxstech’s 90 degree gimbal mounts are designed to work in conjunction with flush-mounted rod holders and come in a wide variety of sizes.

Our pre-drilled and tapped gimbal mounts allow for easy installation of Traxstech, Cannon, Big Jon, Scotty, Vector, Walker and Penn brand downriggers.

Our Traxstech 6″ track can also be mounted into different directions on the top plate of the gimbal to give a wider range of use.

When not in use, the gimbal mount can be removed to return the boat to its original condition. We do strongly suggest to look under the gunwale and make sure the flush-mount you are using is securely bolted.
