Returns & Exchanges Policy

We stand by our products and the advice we give. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you can bring it back for an exchange or refund within 30 days of purchasing the item.

We offer a full credit on account for returned or exchanged products. Refunds may be subject to a 10% restocking fee.

If an item is found to be defective within the 7 day period, we will send out a replacement at no charge once we receive the original item.

What you require to return/exchange your item:

– Original receipt (or invoice)

– Original method of payment

All original packaging (this includes all documentation, warranty card, manuals, boxes, and packing material) and must be in “As New” condition in the manufacturers original packaging.

Note: Do not send warranty cards in until after 30 days, until you are certain you will be keeping the product.

Be sure to pack your product properly, ensuring to prevent it from being damaged.

It is your responsibility to cover any costs of shipping your item back to Fishntech. We recommend you insure your product with the freight carrier for replacement cost in case it sustains damage or is lost in transit.

Trolling Motors*

*Trolling motors by Garmin, Lowrance and Minn Kota require service and repairs to be handled through authorized service centers. This includes out of box failures. If you encounter any problems with the motor you’ve purchased from Fishntech, you cannot return it for replacement.
Fishntech has the right to refuse any return or exchange if the product or packaging is in an unacceptable condition.
